I
hope everyone had a safe and eventful night last night! I spent the evening
stuffing my face at Carrabba's,
followed by an exciting movie, Mission Impossible:Ghost Protocol! I LOVE action
movies and this did not disappoint!
So,
as I sat at dinner last night, I thought about resolutions for the new year. We
have all made them, but HOW many of them do we follow through on? So this year,
I tried to make goals that are actually attainable.
Wanna
hear it ? Here we go:
1.
Go
to Church More Often!
'Nuff said...
2.
Improve
my well-being:
This
means simply improving my overall health..
Skin: I have eczema AND allergies, so my ultimate
goal is to reduce the number of flares I experience
(and
since I am a bridesmaid in my BEST cousin's wedding in October, I got to get
this in CHECK!)
Goals to Achieve:
a)
Working out at least 3-4 times a week
b)
Eat better (check out NaturalJourney's video on the
Daniel 21-day fast)
c)
Start juicing again

Develop and Maintain a Hair Regimen:
I am NOT
consistent and my hair has paid the price!
